Town Restaurant presents the Crab Symphony Dinner Buffet, a generous showcase of crab specialities crafted to delight seafood lovers.
As a warm welcome, a Claypot Kaffir Lime Miso Crab is served to each table upon arrival, gently bubbling with aromatic richness. Then, dive into a selection of fresh seafood on ice, featuring Alaskan King Crab Legs, Snow Crab Legs, Half-Shell Scallops, and more.
Continue your journey with a tempting medley of crab dishes showcasing global flavours, from Sweet Chilli Garlic Butter Snow Crab to Lemak Chilli Api Crab alongside local favourites like Signature Chilli Crab served with golden mantou.
A refreshing finale awaits with the Chilli Crab Sundae, which reimagines the iconic dish with chilli crab gelato, ginger caramel and fragrant lemongrass gel striking an intriguing balance of salty, spicy, and sweet. For a classic finish, enjoy treats such as Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble, alongside an assortment of local desserts from Nyonya Kueh to Durian Pengat.
