Taking good care of the mother and knowing what to expect after delivery is essential. Our Registered Nurse Midwives will teach you how to care for yourself after giving birth.
This class is part of the 7-week Antenatal Course. To be fully equipped with the knowledge to prepare for pregnancy and childbirth, parents-to-be are encouraged to select the full 7-week Antenatal Course. Alternatively, you can also select other classes within the course to complement the experience.

After giving birth, the mother will undergo psychological and physical changes as she adjusts to the new responsibilities of taking care of a baby. Our Registered Nurse Midwives will guide you through these changes, and share tips on how the couple can support each other during this period.

- The common medical conditions that may arise after child birth, and how to manage them
- How to care for the mother, physically and psychologically

- Price listed is in Singapore dollars and includes GST.
- Upon purchase, we will send to your email a redemption letter, that you can use to redeem your course. This letter can only be used for the course indicated.
- The redemption letter must be presented on the day of the course, together with your NRIC / identification documents.
- Your spouse may also participate in the class with you at no additional charge.
- Any cancellation has to be made in writing to us within seven (7) working days before the class commences.
- 7-week course is subject to a cancellation fee of $78.50 for the 7-week course.
- Payment fee for itemized topic course will be forfeited and non-refundable.
- You will be informed ahead of time if there is any change of class schedule.
- You may purchase this class on behalf of another person. Please indicate the recipient details when booking for the course.
