Join us on a creative junk jam at the Victoria Concert Hall Open House this June holidays!
In this interactive workshop, children get hands-on with sounds using everyday items! Drawing inspiration from various musical instruments, we discover how pressure, precision, and materials contribute to creating sound and can turn trash into interesting tunes.
We hope to inspire children to express themselves creatively, fostering curiosity and confidence. Here, participants experiment with new ideas and discover the joy of creating extraordinary music from ordinary things.
This programme is part of the VCH Open House organised by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra , and is recommended for children aged 5 - 12 years old (unaccompanied). Children will be able to take home the instrument they create during the programme.
