Take a mid-week break with the whole family during this year's Children Season at the Peranakan Museum.
Introduce little ones to the now-nostalgic medium of film photography through child-friendly photography workshops. They can also stretch their creativity with crafts inspired by a mix of Peranakan colours and photographic techniques.
This programme is in conjunction with the Amek Gambar special exhibition.
From stills to moving images, photography to videography - learn the art of video storytelling using the simple mobile phone in the museum galleries. Facilitated by instructors from the international award-winning team Da Vinci Kids, children will learn techniques to create their own videos. Participants will pick up valuable lessons on creativity, brainstorming, and socialising along the way.
This workshop is suitable for children ages 8 to 12.
