While children at a young age can get caught up in playing and having fun, at NES camps, we aim to instill mindfulness practices too. Our dedicated coaches will guide them through reinforcing our rules of playing while respecting nature. They’ll also introduce them to the serene practice of forest bathing, helping them appreciate the beauty of nature.
