In celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday, PS.Cafe and The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. have come together for a limited-time collaboration – a heartfelt tribute to the flavours of home.
We have reinterpreted familiar local dishes with a modern, tea-forward twist. From slow-braised pulled pork in a spiced chai-infused Bak Kut Teh taco, to lychee-tea marinated prawns atop Mee Siam-spiced spaghettini, every dish is steeped in heritage and creativity.
