Learn how to play chess in this beginner-friendly hands-on chess workshop!
This session will be conducted by students from Victoria Junior College Strategic Games Club. Participants will be taught some basic checkmates, spotting checkmates, and other strategies, then try the game for themselves under the guidance of our student trainers!
This session will focus on International Chess. However, participants will also have a chance to play Chinese Chess after the VJC students’ sharing.
