This workshop is designed to help parents be more prepared to make that transition. It is even suitable for parents who want to do better the second time around.
This workshop is conducted in two parts. The focus of Part 1 is the marital relationship because studies have found that 67% of couples will experience a dip in their marital satisfaction within 3 years of the baby's arrival. Couples will learn evidence-based principles and practices that will make their marriage satisfying and lasting.
Couples will also learn the basic elements of parenting a newborn in Part 2. They will learn to recognise their baby's developmental stages and what to do to foster a close bond and relationship with their child.
