B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments: Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City,Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRxapp, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.3. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.4. Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day, regardless of total amount spent.

Present your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service to redeem.

Limited to the 1st 150 redemptions (Mon – Thu) and 300 redemptions (Fri – Sun).

Prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Last game play at 8.45pm. Receipts after 8.45pm may qualify for the game play on the following day (12pm – 9pm).

The top 3 winners will be notified via phone by 28 Feb 2026.

In the event of a tie score, ranking shall be determined by the earliest recorded score, as determined by the Management of Causeway Point.

In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Causeway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, FRx member must present same-day, same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

6. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Customer Service, Level 2.

7. The Management of Causeway Point reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

8. The decision of the Management of Causeway Point on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at their reasonable discretion and is final and binding for all participants.

9. The Management of Causeway Point shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.

10. The Management of Causeway Point reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
