Award-Worthy Gymnastics Classes for Children (Ages 3 & Up)
Professionally designed gymnastics programmes focused on developing coordination, agility, strength, and confidence during the most critical developmental years. Classes are suitable for children from 3 years old onwards, with structured progressions based on age and ability.
- Mini Bear (3–4 years)
A parent-assisted gymnastics class focused on developing basic motor skills in a fun and supportive environment. Children explore movement through the use of trampolines, balance beams, bars, and age-appropriate equipment.
- Gym Bear (4–5 years)
An independent class designed to improve coordination, balance, and strength while introducing structure and discipline. Children build confidence, teamwork, and instruction-following skills in a group setting without parent participation.
