A Parenting Seminar by Neurophysiological Expert: Ai Ling

Baby Yoga @ Inspire Mum & Baby

Baby Yoga provides rich stimulation for the babies by combining movement and touch, while enabling them to deal positively with stress and learn how to relax. They learn challenging movements in the form of a safe game, learning to play and enjoy. These Baby Yoga classes include a series of infant massage, quality physical stimulation with flowing postures, holding, movement, touch, voice and deep relaxation. The mutual involvement of parent and baby is done at a pace at which the baby can absorb and integrate.

February 2019 Intake - Breastfeeding 101

This is a special three-hour pre-natal class, taught by trained breastfeeding counsellors and educators, to prepare you for breastfeeding. Topics include getting breastfeeding off to a good start, maintaining good milk supply, and how to know if breastfeeding is going well.
Fathers are encouraged to attend too!

Mindfulness for Parents

Growing up with Montessori - A Parent Workshop
