15-minute ride by all route "S" buses to Tung Chung and a 50-minute ride by bus route no. 11 from Tung Chung Bus Terminus to Tai O
- Depart from Central, Hong Kong Island:
35-minute ride by fast ferry from Central Ferry Pier 6 to Mui Wo and a 55-minute ride by bus route no. 1 from Mui Wo Bus Terminus to Tai O
- Depart from Tuen Mun:
60-minute ride by ferry from Tuen Mun Ferry Pier to Tai O, runs through Tung Chung and Sha Lo Wan
