Sheung Wan Civic Centre is situated on the fourth to the seventh floors of the Sheung Wan Municipal Services Building. It can be reached by various forms of public transport, which includes mini bus and bus.
The MTR Sheung Wan Station is also within short walking distance. Since its opening in December 1989, the Centre's diversified facilities are available for hire by the public for organising cultural activities and other events.
