We have been working hard to ensure that we are able to continue to offer private classes in a reliable and efficient manner. Some changes to the arrangements surrounding these classes have to be made, effective from August 16th 2022:
One class per cycle is postponable for the whole group. For instance, if a large portion of the children have something that restricts them from attending a certain day then the group can declare this class cancelled and a makeup will be arranged.
If a portion of the students cannot attend but the remaining students proceed with the class, the absent student(s) will require a doctors notes to receive credit (valid for up-to 1 year and usable for any Minisport services).
All private groups conducting classes in outdoor venues must have an alternative indoor/sheltered venue in the case of bad weather. No weather cancellations will be accepted unless red/black rain, T8+. Should no indoor backup be provided then we are happy to continue in the rain, or cancel the class (but please be reminded that no makeups will be awarded due to adverse weather).
Unless back to back classes are booked at the same venues, private classes will generally need to start at 9AM, 11AM, 3PM or 5PM. Slight deviations from these times may be possible but are not guaranteed.
Our new pricing model is $300/child for private classes, minimum 3, maximum 8 children. Classes of 1/2 children will need to split $900 between them.
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.
Coaches will be allocated consistently for the whole term, and only be covered by a substitute coach in the case of absence or leave (we have condensed the “free leave” period for coaches and have introduced two designated coach holiday weeks per year to reduce leave during term time).
We have been working hard to ensure that we are able to continue to offer private classes in a reliable and efficient manner. Some changes to the arrangements surrounding these classes have to be made, effective from August 16th 2022:
Classes must be booked within the Minisport term dates. No private classes on weekends or during Minisport’s "school holiday” periods. You can refer to the Minisport calendar here.
The minimum booking period is the whole cycle minus one week.
Groups that book classes halfway through a cycle must commit to at least the whole of the remaining cycle, minus one week.
