Workshop - Handmade sausages + Easter theme macaron cake



This 3 hour workshop would surely fill with laughter, creativity and plenty of awesome homemade food.

 

Bring your family and join for a fun Easter afternoon. While the grown ups are making yummy homemade sausages with Chef Anne, young family members can join Little Miss Macarons to make their own Easter Macaron cake.

Workshop Content:

Handmade sausages:

  • You will learn all the skills you need to make Handmade sausages at home, from mixing, seasoning to making the links of sausages.
  • Handmade sausages are freshly made with locally sourced ingredients. They are free from preservatives, artificial colourings and other unnecessary chemicals. Safe to enjoy for your whole family.
  • Each student will take home 6 to 8 sausages.
  • Age 15 or above

Easter theme macaron cake:

  • You will learn to layer the almond chocolate cake (4inches), frosting the cake with Swiss meringue butter cream (edible grass) and turn the humble Macarons into Easter theme decorations for the cake.
  • Each student will take home a cake layered, decorated by yourself and a collection of Easter theme Macarons filled with the best possible fillings e.g. dark chocolate and raspberry, and sea salt caramel.
  • Age 6 or above
