Against Child Abuse 40th Anniversary “A Legacy of Love for Children” Photography Competition

Agency Background

The Against Child Abuse (ACA) was established in 1979 as the only non-governmental organisation specialised in child protection in Hong Kong. We strive to eliminate all forms of child abuse and to promote a caring and non-violent environment for the optimal growth and development of our children and the implementation of children’s rights.

Aim of Competition

“Light and Shadow” is an integration of time and senses. Through silent and still images, such integration transpires a multi-dimensional and extraordinary sensation beyond the usual norm, preserving moments in time. Through photographs as the media, we wish to promulgate child protection which goes beyond boundaries, time, sound and languages. You are cordially invited to participate in the Competition to help advance child protection work and to make our organisation’s 40th anniversary event more colourful.
