Self-compassion is the ability to understand yourself on a deeper level, forgive yourself, accept and love yourself unconditionally, and genuinely being kind to yourself. This is more than salon trips, eating healthy, or going to the gym. Self-compassion is being your own best friend and being your parent keeping you safe as well.

This workshop will be conducted online in English on Zoom. You don't need any membership with Zoom to attend the class.
In this interactive and engaging Mindful Self-compassion Masterclass, you will:
- Learn The Science and the Art of Self-Compassion
- Experience a deep Self-Compassion Meditation
- Expressing yourself through a Self-Compassion Therapeutic Art

- Meditation Part: Please make sure you find a quiet, private, and comfortable space wherein you will not be disturbed.
- Therapeutic Art Part: Art skills are NOT required.
- Items Required: Any papers, canvas, pads, coloring, and painting materials at home can be used.
