Talents UAE

Talents UAE, formerly known as TKCA, is a project development consultancy that works across the MENA region, bringing unforgettable visitor experiences to engage local audiences.

Talents UAE has offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and across Saudi Arabia and works with international partners to specialize in making learning extraordinary in the region. Our UAE offices opened in 2016, with recent clients including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Dubai Culture and Etihad Museum.

Our background is in working for world-class museums, science centers, learning organizations and design agencies, both in the Middle East and wider afield. We have worked with a variety of clients such as government departments, cultural institutions and development organizations in both the private and public sectors. In the UAE specifically, we have trained and developed teams and programmes at the Etihad Museum, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan (The Presidential Palace), the Think Science Festival and the LEMA outreach programme, and numerous projects at Expo 2020.

Our international team of design, learning and operations professionals interprets aspirations into creative solutions that are beautifully designed and exceptionally operated. We call these creative solutions audience experiences. Audience experiences can range from small budget activity programs, to visitor attractions, museum galleries, science centers and Fab Labs for curious minds.

We work at every stage of developing and delivering the visitor experience, with a strong commitment to building local capacity. We continue to refresh our network of subject and technical specialists, meaning we can build from our experienced core in response to the aspiration of our clients – in the artistic, cultural, educational, scientific and historical fields.
