We are excited to start another course with lots of colour and positivity, and it's now time for your child to engage in some creativity in summer after school. We are delighted to announce our next Kidz Love Art course - starting on 29th October 2023.
If you have always wanted your child's creative spirit to soar, while them feeling confident and happy in doing so, as well as meeting other budding creatives, then this course is brilliant for them.
There are so many proven health and wellness benefits related to creating art, that we see creativity as a vital need for ones upbringing. If taught with positivity and encouragement, children will feel safe, confident and proud after each work they create. We are all born as artists; it's our responsibility as adults to positively nurture that creative spark throughout a young artist's life.
Kidz Love Art Painting Course is facilitated by an expert art teacher with 10+ years of painting experience, and delivered over a 2 hour painting class for a period of 5 consecutive weeks, with all art equipment provided.
Each week, children learn about colour and explore a variety of painting techniques based on famous artists and art genres. Moreover, they will dive into topics such as colour theory and composition, while having their own portfolio book to keep their paintings in.
Finally, the course culminates in an exciting grand Art Exhibition for your child to share their creative spirit to friends and family!
In a structured environment, but with plenty of space for own individuality, your child is guaranteed to leave with unique paintings in their portfolios.
Start: 29 October - 26th November (No break for this course)
Timings: Sunday's 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Exhibition: This will be held on 26th Nov, where your child will showcase their art, and especially their masterpiece!
Location: We host the course in Couqley French Bistro, JLT
Age Group: Children aged 6 and above.
No previous drawing or painting experience is required and all materials are supplied.
