Join Just Be Holistic center for an introduction to the Hand in Hand Parenting listening tools.

Learn the skills you need to address difficult behaviours, deepen your family connections, and bring ease, warmth and joy back to your relationships with your children—even on the hardest days. You will take home new tools for resolving children’s off-track behaviour, learn parent-to-parent listening skills, and develop a family connection plan.

You’ll receive insight, tools, and support to:

Understand and address your children’s emotional needs.
Set limits with warmth and authority.
Apply and discuss 5 proven tools for resolving your children’s “off-track” behaviour.
Reduce parenting stress and increase cooperation.
Master the core listening skills that transform your parenting

This three-day workshop is an intimate deep dive into the five tools. As there are limited participants, each attendee will have the chance to work closely with Hand in Hand’s international expert, Ms. Zsuzsanna Egry, to fully understand how to apply the 5 tools to solve his or her family’s personal challenges.
Over the three days, you will get new insights about:

how the human brain works
how emotions impact your child's brain
two fundamental, but mostly neglected basic human needs

You will also learn how to:

build a warm, safe and lasting connection with your child
work with your child's emotions, instead of against them
help your child with big emotional upheavals, such as tantrums and crying
deal with your own emotional upheavals to foster more patience
harness the power of laughter to help your child build confidence and use play as a conscious parenting tool
set firm, effective limits with warmth and love, without rewards or punishments
build the support and the community everyone needs to raise happy families
