The annual WEK Spring Fair, hosted by the Parent Teachers Association of Gems Wellington Academy, Al Khail will be held on Saturday, 3rd March from 12pm to 5pm.
The event brings together students, teachers, parents and the community, who all work together to make sure the event is a fun-filled day for all.
The event entails
- various game stalls hosted by the students and PTA,
- a fabulous tombola with lots of amazing prizes,
- a retail shopping area,
- a food court providing everything from pizza, coffee and juices to the ever-popular cotton candy,
- a petting zoo,
- giant bouncy castle,
- sporting activities,
- magic show,
- science show,
- dunk the teacher
- and many other family-oriented activities and entertainment.
Last year’s Spring Fair was a huge success, attracting nearly a 1000 people on the day. This year the fair is expected to grow bigger and better.
A part of proceeds from the event shall be donated to Dubai Cares in support of their various philanthropic initiatives. The WEK community is extremely excited about fund-raising towards a worthy cause.
