Once your school day ends come and join us for an introduction to gymnastics.
These 45-60 minute sessions are ideal for children aged 4-10 years old. We encourage and support our gymnasts to improve and develop strength, coordination and flexibility. We explore the basic fundamentals of practice and build on movements and skills.
All ages and abilities are welcome!
