- gymnasts preparing for the new season
- competitive athletes who want to improve technique, flexibility, artistry, and apparatus work
During camp, girls will work on:
- flexibility & stretching
- jumps, balances & turns
- apparatus technique
- choreography & artistry
- strength & physical preparation
- coordination & musicality
The program is divided into Beginner, Advanced, and Competitive levels, so every gymnast trains in the right group for her level.
