  • Dates: Friday 19& 26th of April
  • 9-12am
  • The UAE hospital birth workshop is titled : 'Protective Birthing'
  • If you want to learn together in a circle with other parents in a dynamic, educational and focused setting then this intensive workshop is for you. There is a lot of emphasis on partner role.

This takes place over 2 x days (3hrs each) 6hrs in Total Want to achieve a spontaneous vaginal birth that is positive & empowering?
My experience is based on attending many births in the private & public hospitals here in the UAE as a certified Doula, Child Birth Educator & Nursing support.

This particular workshop it is aimed for:

  1. Coping/birth positions/alternative pain management
  2. Intuition, how to tune in for moms & how to trust that for dads
  3. Intervention/complications
  4. Partner role/protecting the environment
  5. Your rights

  • I will guide you with your birth plan
