Equestrian Club
The AESGC Equestrian Club was opened for riders in September 2007 with the vision to provide excellent horsemanship and equestrian skills in a safe and fun environment with quality instruction.
From the beginner to the expert, horse riding at the AESGC offers a new level of instruction, experience and enjoyment. Since 2010, the AESGC Equestrian Club has hosted many Local and International show jumping competitions; the biggest event the club has held was the prestigious President of the UAE Show Jumping Cup 2013.
By January 2014, the AESGC became the fifth racecourse in the UAE to hold race meetings with their team
Shooting Club
The AESGC Shooting Club offers the best indoor and outdoor shooting facilities in terms of Olympic and ISSF (International Shooting Sport Federation) standards. Our club welcomes new members/guests and provides the necessary supervision and guidance from professional trainers, whether you're looking to shoot for fun or aiming to advance to a competing level.
If you have a real taste for shooting, visit our club for a chance to join and improve your skills. Shooting is truly a sport that teaches you how to master your mind and combine steel nerves with precision aiming at a target. The sport is open to all ages.
Golf
The Golf Course at the Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting and Golf Club first opened in 2007 (then named the Palm Sports Resort), originally as a 9 hole layout inside the Horse Race Track. Since then under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Executive Council, Chairman of the AESGC and with constant monitoring of progress by the club’s General Manager, H.E. Mohammed Rashid Al Nasseri the AESGC has flourished into a complete golfing facility.
It has been a busy 2016 at the AESGC as the golf course has been undergoing some major reconstruction, but with the redesigned and modernized front 9 set to reopen its is exciting times ahead for 2017 and beyond.
The golf facility now boasts a fantastic 18 hole Championship Course, along with a 9 hole par 3, Academy Course which is part of the AEGSC Golf Academy. The Golf Clubhouse is home to the reception and locker room facilities as well as the Golf Shop and the Palm Greens Restaurant.
Rugby
We are pleased to welcome you to the Al Ain Amblers Rugby Football Club! The Club is situated within the Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting and Golf Club immediately southwest of the Tawam Hospital roundabout.
Our world-class facilities include: five floodlit rugby pitches, a well-equipped gymnasium, swimming pools, beauty salon, tennis courts, soccer, football, netball, basketball, children’s play area, wall climbing and the newly added cricket. We currently run rugby for adults and children ranging in age from Under 6 to Veterans, including regular social touch rugby.
Although Rugby is an integral part of the Club, with eighteen youth teams, three men’s teams and a thriving women’s team, there is also much more on offer. The Club prides itself on being a family focused facility, catering for all sports enthusiasts, and it is continually striving to not only enhance the existing facilities, but to also develop new facilities and services for the members to enjoy.
